At Dark Horse Style, we believe that if we give you the tools and the knowledge, you can take initiative. Lets face it, Working out is great, if you know what to do. The gym is good when you GO! You don’t need to spend money on memberships or buy the latest fad home equipment to start. All you need is the body you have. These 30 work, and work well. Some are advanced and require a little bit of coordination, but start slow and find your own pace. You don’t have to do all 30 on the 1st try. In fact, JUST TRY. Just get your butt moving! Remember, stretch and warm up first. You don’t need a tweak to knock you off your goal.
